Do you want to be part of creating top-class culinary experiences? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Chef who wants to join our wonderful kitchen team at Brasseriet.

📌 About the position

As a chef with us, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing the kitchen with the right equipment and ingredients.
• 
  
• Studying menus and recipes and ensuring that all ingredients are in place.
• 
  
• Cooking dishes with high quality and according to set menus.
• 
  
• Leading and distributing tasks to kitchen staff.
• 
  
• Creating appealing presentations and ready-to-serve dishes.
• 
  
• Maintaining order in the kitchen and ensuring that hygiene and safety regulations are followed.

🎯 We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a chef in a restaurant kitchen.
• 
  
• Is confident in various kitchen stations and has good knowledge of both classic and modern cooking methods.
• 
  
• Has good leadership skills and enjoys working in a team.
• 
  
• Is stress-resistant, organized, and maintains high quality even under pressure.
• 
  
• Is knowledgeable about hygiene and safety regulations in restaurant kitchens.
• 
  
• Has relevant education in the kitchen (meritorious).
